Everything was organised and ran smoothly from start to finish. I particularly appreciated the comprehensive information shared before the course, including the pre-course quiz, which provided ample time to prepare and helped ensure a more effective and engaging learning experience. The trainer Elizabeth Walker excellent knowledge of the subject and created a positive learning environment that encouraged participation and understanding.
