We were delighted to have our Lean Six Sigma tutor, John Ryan, speak at the National Manufacturing & Supply Chain Conference & Exhibition in Citywest Hotel this week. The theme of the Conference was ‘Creating an Innovative Manufacturing & Supply Chain Ecosystem’.
John’s presentation was on ‘Recognising Lean Six Sigma Project types’.
According to John:
“A common challenge for inexperienced Lean Six Sigma practitioners is determining how to approach a new project. Having mentored over 1,000 successful projects over the past 14 years with SQT, we have developed a simple method of categorising projects that makes it easy to select the right tools and plan the project timelines”
