Who can I contact if I have questions or concerns during the programme?

Expand/Collapse Expand/Collapse

Your primary point of contact will be your Course Manager. For subject-specific queries, you can reach out to your Tutor.

Alternatively, please contact the office 353 61 339040 or via email at info@sqt-training.com and we will direct your query to the relevant person.

Do I need to attend all of the course to receive a certificate?

Expand/Collapse Expand/Collapse

Given the short nature of SQT’s courses, consistent attendance is essential for learners to fully engage with the course material and achieve the learning outcomes. Learners are expected to attend all scheduled online classes and attendance is monitored by the Tutor. A record of attendance is made at the end of each session. If a learner is unable to attend due to work or personal commitments, they must inform their Course Manager or Tutor in advance. Attendance records will be reviewed as part of overall learner engagement and failure to attend sessions without prior consultation may affect the learner’s ability to successfully complete the programme.

Further information relating to engagement on online and blended programmes is available in QAP5-3: Learner Engagement on Blended and Fully Online Programmes
